What is MESMERICA?

This family-friendly, mind-expanding projection experience is designed to relieve stress, and is suitable for all ages 6 years and above.

Come and leave your troubles at the door as we take you on a fantastic journey into awe-inspiring imaginary landscapes.

How do I book?

Tickets for Mesmerica can be purchased here

A limited number of seats are available each performance, so to avoid disappointment please book your Mesmerica tickets early, especially if booking groups.

Are there any promo codes?

Yes! We offer 10% off discounts for families, groups and returning guests.

When selecting your tickets look for the ‘Enter promo code’ button at the top. Discounts apply to the entire basket.

MESMERICAFAMILY - 10% off for adults booking with children

MESMERICAGROUP - 10% off when booking 6 or more tickets

MESMERICASOUL - 10% off if you have seen Mesmerica before

How do I contact the Box Office?

All tickets are 100% refundable within 30 days of the start of your event.

Can I visit a Mesmerica show during the pandemic?

As customer safety is our top priority, many Mesmerica shows have now been postponed. We will reschedule once the all-clear is given by your local health authority. 

Postponement emails have been issued to all scheduled guests. If you have not received this yet then please contact customer services

Is seating reserved?

Seating is not preallocated, so we suggest you arrive in good time (at least 30 minutes before your show commences) to secure your preferred seats.

VIP ticket holders are allowed into the auditorium early.

Do you offer reduced entry tickets?

Yes we do! If you believe you qualify for reduced entry please select this your option at checkout.

This includes Seniors, Students, Military, Teachers, Deaf, Carers. Please bring ID to the show where applicable.

How do I request a refund or exchange my tickets?

We allow refunds up to 30 days before each show. Click here for instructions

To exchange tickets simply contact customer services and if there is sufficient availability we will try our best to accommodate. 

No (or very few) tickets seem to be available?

Please be aware that if you are only able to select one or two tickets, this will be because you are attempting to purchase the last tickets before the show is sold out.

You should be able to purchase up to 10 tickets in one booking, availability permitting. If no tickets are available then the show is sold out. Please select another show time. 

Is Mesmerica suitable for children?

The show is great for families, and is suitable for children aged 6 and above. The show is designed to be a fully immersive and relaxing experience so this age limit was set to encourage this peaceful environment.

Is there disabled access?

MESMERICA venues are well adapted for disabled needs such as wheelchair access. Companion seating is also available.  Please contact our team if you have specific needs.

Is photography/filming allowed?

Since MESMERICA is an all-encompassing experience, we ask people not to film or take pictures, simply because it is distracting to other members of the audience. Please feel free to take photos before the show commences. 

Are Service dogs allowed at the show?

Our venues are able to accommodate trained service animals but not emotional support animals.
